Brad and his team made the process very easy. All documents were signed online or through their app. Great guidance throughout the process. Everything went as expected. Refi locked in at an excellent rate. Made the initial call to Brad the week of Thanksgiving and closed on on 12/14. Another mortgage company who shall not be named wanted to charge me $11k in closing costs for a refi. Ridiculous! Highly recommend Town Square Mortgage!
