I want to say this was a great experience but, I'm not sure who is to blame. The title company kept claiming is was the lender and the lender kept claiming title for miscommunication. It made us close late which I guess was no big deal since you were able to keep the interest rate. Just made things a little inconvenient. Overall great experience.
