The overall experience was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and I received constant updates either by email, text, or phone call at each stage of the loan process. As a first-time buyer, I heard horror stories from other buyers of how stressful the experience can be. Citywide made it far less stressful than I had anticipated.
