Brad was so incredibly helpful! Even with the complicated process of our loan, he was able to clearly communicate what he needed from us and was extremely informative. He stayed in touch the entire process. I also enjoyed how personable he was! It wasn't like talking to some robot behind a computer screen via email. He took the time to call and explain everything and answer any questions or concerns we had. Would 10/10 recommend him to everyone!
Overall impressed with Brad and his team. They were quick and thorough throughout my loan process. Days leading up to closing Brad took time to call me personally and coach me on what I would be dealing with at closing and throughout the term of my loan, which was much appreciated as I was a first time home buyer.
Best experience I’ve had. It was sheer luck finding Brad. He has taken the time to understand the importance of the situation I’m in and then dedicated to working for me and with me. He took the time to talk me through the processes and has been very helpful and communicative. His knowledge and experience have been the difference in my experience being so wonderful.
Brad was fabulous and helping me start my investment journey. He took time out of his day to really have a heartfelt conversation and understand what I was trying to accomplish and help me start moving towards those goals! More than five stars for this one.
