Brad was on the top of things from the very beginning, he was well informed, knew exactly what paperwork I need to get, told me the timeline of the whole process, and kept me well informed via texts or email, what and when would be next step. He made me feel very confident, while I was relying on his input. He also brought up possibility of lowering my home insurance premium, which I did.
