Brad was awesome to work with! Was quick to respond to me, my agent and my attorney when needed. Was very personable while professional. I never had any doubts on my financing being ready by closing. The people buying my house needed an extension as their bank was not ready. Brad, is a true professional. I couldn’t have asked for more, he took the time to sit with my wife and I. Brad explained how the numbers and process works. Our real estate agent was not very good. I was able to turn to Brad for questions and problems I was having with the seller and agent. Brad was able to get us through the financing process very quickly once we decided to buy the home.
