My PCP sent me to Dr. Warren to take care of a few issues, I knew I was in good hands. Easy to get an appointment and staff was very nice as well as personable. Follow up appointments went just as well. It is hard to find a good doctor, but Dr. Warren was a great find. .
Staff is horrible. Wait times are extremely long, over an hour. Staff constantly drops the ball on scheduling and referrals. Would not recommend.
Dr. Warren is wonderful. But process for scheduling an appointment is disrespectful. Shelly is never available but tells you to leave specific information for your appt need stating will get back to you within 24 - 48 hours?! She gets back at 48 hours telling you she got your message and to call back. No info or date is given. The cycle continues. Have done this now 3 times for a colonoscopy date over 1.5 weeks. No date yet. 2nd time she said don't call back cuz almost 4:30 leave time.
