Very satisfed with work performed and reasonable cost. Much lower than the dealer's quote!
Except for the fact that I had to add coolant (anti-freeze), and window washer fluid when I got home--all was great. They used to fill up fluid levels in the past; not sure why it wasn't done on this visit. But overall, still pretty satisfied.

The individual running the front desk (not sure of name, maybe Edward?) had a cocky attitude at the very beginning of our conversation. I advised that I had installed a lift and needed an alignment. He suggested that I had "slapped stuff on there." I said no, I actually know what I'm doing, done it many times before, and that I don't have an alignment machine, so need their help. Horrible customer service got mad because I didn't want to buy a service and when I went to pick up my car he slammed my keys and didn't say a word to me
