"New Alltrack" After the ordeal with trying to get my TDI traded in, I chose to stay with Vw mainly because of Daniel Turner at Bramgate. He was not pushy, he was respectful, efficient and honest. "Good Dealership, Poor Purchase Experience" I have been a client of Bramgate for some 22 years, and continue to give the dealership high marks for its service and professionalism. That said, I recently purchased (May 5, delivered July 10) VW Golf through the Diesel buyback/trade-in programme. My experience with Ricepoint, and the entire programme as a whole, was a pain in the xxx - too bureaucratic, too slow, and lacking in respect for the customer.
"Out with the old (2015 Golf TDI) in with the new 2018 Atlas" After all the headaches with Rice point, Chris was amazing to deal with and made the transition extremely easy. Would highly recommend seeing Chris for your VW needs.
"2017 Golf TSI (standard)!!" My son went into the dealership alone to purchase a 2017 Golf. The staff treated him with respect and were extremely helpful and friendly despite his age. "New 2017 Golf Sportwagon- returning 2011 Jetta TDI" Purchased our 2011 TDI Jetta from Bramgate thru Jiri. Returned to Bramgate and Jiri to purchase new 2017 Golf Sportwagon. Jiri was very helpful in the process of returning our TDI to VW. He pointed us in the right direction in getting proper options for new vehicle and not over selling unneeded options.
