"Amazing service from Chris" We purchased our first VW at the Bramgate location on Mayfield and greeted warmly by Chris Vander Wel after we had a chance to look around and literally kick some tires. We explained that we were just looking at the different VW models as we were unaware of the differences between the various lines. "Fantastic Experience" Needed to have lots of time to make the right decision and not be pushed or hustled. the team at Bramgate Pre-owned made us feel comfortable and welcomed. We were provided all the needed info to make a smart decision on the best vehicle to purchase. The overall experience was warm and fuzzy all the way throughout the process...even had follow-ups which is almost unheard of these days. "Great experience " Purchasing a vehicle from Oscar was easy and a delight. He best part was the delivery of the vehicle. This was it first VW and Oscar ensured we knew everything about the car before we left the dealership.
"New vehicle leasing" Moe conducted himself in an extremely professional and courteous manner. We were very pleased. Joanne Yulo was also extremely courteous and helpful. We had little or no trouble getting the vehicle we wanted. The location of the dealership was very convenient.
"Amazing service provided" I recently leased a 2017 vw golf. I had the chance to interact with a few employees at this branch and all provided excellent customer service.
