"Concierge Level Service" I have done my research before going in for the type of car I was shooting for. I was paired up with a savvy sales representative who knows how to do business. "I had an okay experience at the dealership " There was a good follow by sales agent. I however felt like he left out information so until I specifically asked especially during the car orientation/how to use. It looks like the sales agent was still under training as he has to refer to business manager to answer most of my questions. The financing was pretty good and straightforward Other staff members were friendly and it looks like everyone got along okay

"Extremely happy" After my 11 year old vehicle unexpected broke down and would be too expensive to fix I made the decision to purchase a new one. After looking at different vehicles & dealerships I narrowed it down to a 2016 golf. Mohamad (Moe), was extremely helpful with my purchase. "August 0 down 0interest deal" Prior to this dealership I visited a few others in Brampton, Ontario and no other dealership had communication skills and friendliness like bram gate. Chris who was the sales associate that sold me my car, understood my needs and concerns and then answered all my questions.
