He was quick to respond and informative. Joanne was also very receptive and provided me with all of the information I needed to start the selling process. My only real feedback is that Chris should have spent a little bit more time with me reviewing the final numbers of the financing terms/agreement.

He was thorough without being high pressure and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I also appreciated him showing me around the shop - that can be intimidating. The trade-in of my SUV was also simple and fair and both Jiri and Michael did a great job of explaining why my trade-in was being valued the way it was.
