During the service, I went to David and I was inquiring about the 2019 GTI Rabbit Edition. "Great experience " We received excellent service at Bramgate dealership. Our sales associate was great, super helpful and friendly. Purchasing the car was made very easy with the helpfulness of all employees. The presentation of the car was great. "Honest, upfront car buying experience" I appreciated the thorough and honest, upfront pricing of the Atlas- a replacement for the dying minivan. All costs were explained and there were no surprises when it came time to signing on the dotted line. This was a nice change from our previous van purchase at another car dealership! On delivery, Mick was patient and thorough in his vehicle explanation and answered all our questions. Overall a very stress-free , great car buying experience.

"Easy to work with" Showed up without appointment on a weekend afternoon trying to find a replacement for a Golf TDI that was lost to an accident.
