"Great experience " The experience was amazing, with the greeting when I first walked in and with the drive out with a new Jetta GLI. The staff n management were great and friendly.
"Jiri is simply the best" This is my second time purchasing a car with Jiri and Bramgate VW. First let me say the customer service is absolutely amazing. I knew that when it was time to purchase my second car that I would come straight in to see Jiri. I emailed him, he responded right away, made an appointment with me, and sold me my car the same day! "Amazing " Everyone at the bramgate dealership is super friendly, but sales person Francesco and the Finance manager Britney stands out they put in so much work to make sure you get the prefect car you want. "Comfortable, easy to work with" I was not looking forward to the whole car purchasing experience, which had been unpleasant for past purchases (not VW). As we walked into the dealership my daughter and I were left on our own for a few minutes to browse, then we were approached by Oscar who at no time pressured us, but readily answered our questions and showed us options.
