Our loan required brainstorming outside of the typical framework. In the beginning, I felt our officer was not taking enough action or thinking outside the box. However, he redeemed himself by seeking help and more insight on this loan and even covered an additional cost. That was very much appreciated and thoughtful. I also think Kranes fees are exceedingly high for a lendor which is why I cannot give 5 stars.
