Great service! Brandon was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, transparent and encouraging. My loan had it's own challenges but Brandon worked diligently to help me get closed and kept me updated every step of the way. While I would've liked to have closed more quickly, there are certain requirements within the refi process that are outside of a loan officer's and the borrower's control. Awesome! Do not hesitate to work with Brandon! We had some challenges in the middle of the loan (our fault) but Brandon helped us turn it around in no time. Excellent customer service and between text, email and little phone calls (just like the way I like it) we closed in no time. Super responsive always and even with the time difference. He always answered my questions quickly and never felt like I was bothering him. Highly recommend!
Excellent Experience The process was pretty easy, most everything was done by email, texting and on line . I was able to complete a refinance within a reasonable time frame and honestly I wasn’t sure if I would even qualify. Brandon was very helpful explaining each step I needed to take and helping me understand some of the questions along the way.
