Very Smooth Mortgage Process - Highly Recommend Brandon did a great job with helping us purchase our next home. Of the 5 houses we have bought over the years, this one was the smoothiest and easiest of all. He made sure he kept us up to date about the process and changes in interest rate. Brandon was very prompt in responding to my mortgage loan request and gave deal better than Builder's preferred. I usually see preliminary estimate varying from final one making us feel cheated with random increase in fees. Brandon's quote remained fairly close to preliminary and that helped in getting closing finalized on time without hassles. Thanks Brandon!
