Great Vets, staff and techs! Very caring and they took time to explain diagnosis and treatment. They were gentle in the handling of my cats. They also will try to fit you in even if you don't have an appt. Lastly, I was given info that I didn't know and would've never thought to have asked. I am very happy that I chose them to take care of the health of my precious cats! 😻
I switched my three Pomeranians here a couple months ago from Banfeild and all though I did not completely hate Banfeild I was not satisfied with their constant change in doctors for my dogs. When I switched to Brandon lakes I had an older Pomeranian (17 years old) who was constantly coming in to get treated. Every time time I would bring her in they would always find a way to send her home healthy, happy and better. Great place. They were very nice as they fit me in with a new dog and were very nice to her. They doctor gave me everything I needed and really seemed to care about my Sydney. My dog has found a good health care provider here.....

Wonderful place to bring your animals for treatment and loving care. Have been a customer of Dr. Woodside since he took over the practice from Dr. Rickter (?). He and his staff have always been wonderful and helpful in treating all our pets. Have no hesitation in recommending him and his partners to treat your family pets.
