Brandon was very knowledgable about the paperwork and was thorough and explained everything in detail.
My experience with Brandon from Rate was phenomenal from start to finish. The whole team was on the ball and communicative through out the entire process. I found Rate to be the best option after shopping around for multiple lenders and they were also the most transparent making sure that I understood the process as a first time home buyer. I would highly recommend them and would use them again for a future purchase.
