The step-by-step guide was helpful, as well as the videos and emails the only thing was right at the end it said approved for closing... Then it was just waiting and not knowing when I'm going to be contacted, so everyday someone would ask "any updates?" And I would say no nothing yet... But all in all you were very helpful and efficient. Thank you.
