From the first meeting to finally getting my loan thier team was great to work with. Problems were communicated quickly so they could be resolved and keep the process moving forward. I like how all my steps were online and accessible. I like that I was treated nicely and if I needed a document and wasn't sure how to get it I was led in the right direction. My one complaint is that there was maybe 1 or 2 times I felt like I was ignored and it was right at the end of my closing. I had things scheduled to move and things in my name and I didn't quite get a quick answer. I understand people have their own lives as well. Other than that I am very happy.
