I have several family members who have worked with Brandon and all had great experiences with him. He did very well with making sure we understood the parts of the process before we got in to them, and I felt informed throughout the entire experience.

From the start we felt understood. Every time we came we brought our small children with us and every time we felt welcome and not like an inconvenience. We were given good advice in a way that was not demeaning or judgemental. When I called with questions i always left the call understanding what was going on. Even when our son ran full tilt into a piece of furniture Brandon jumped to action to make sure he was OK.
