Brandon has great communication skills, he kept me informed of of every step and was always available for whenever I had any questions. This is my very first home purchase and I was pretty nervous at first, but with his communication and explanation he put me at ease. I WILL recommend Brandon to anyone who's looking to purchase a home

Brandon went above our expectations. When we asked for an earlier closing date than planned, he made sure it was accomplished quickly and professionally. All questions we had were answered promptly and with the utmost importance for our mortgage. When we go for another mortgage Brandon will first and foremost on our list.

Brandon went above and beyond, in helping me purchase my home. If it wasn't for Brandon going out of his way to help me get everything, I needed and answer my questions, I doubt if I would of been able to purchase a home. I really appreciate all of his help, during this process. I would highly recommend Brandon Von Almen, he was very nice and respectful.

The hardest part of this was having to constantly get more pieces of paper, go to my office to scan them so I could send them to you. It seems like there could/should be a better process for gathering the information. Why not have a master list of everying you might need. Give it to potential customer up front so they know what they are dealing with. Let them get it all at one time so they aren't constantly interrupted to get another 1 or 2 sheets of paper you need.

I was under the impression I was going to qualify for an FDA loan. After a lengthy process , half way through I was informed that even though someone that is living in the house contributes financially but isn't even on the loan and your combined income exceeds a certain amount you do not quality for this type of loan. So after thinking I did not have to put a down payment on the house (which is not required with FDA loans) I then I had to apply for a conventional loan which requires 5% down.

Some clearer "cheat sheet" of info regarding the loan information would save a lot of questions and make it easier to understand the process. Also, several times, we had to sign incorrect paperwork to later be corrected. While this worked out fine in the end, it was confusing that information communicated was not correctly indicated in the paperwork to be signed the first time.
