I hope this has not been double ordered. The first time I ordered would not complete. I kept getting a message that said 'wait processing '. When it did not complete, I exited out. Went back in and created an account, cart was still showing the order not filled. This sees to have worked.

Easy, thank you. However, the grade of stainless steel material for the BGA27 radiant tray is not specified. It would be good to know the weight and grade of stainless steel used.
Online ordering worked fine but customer service chat took at least 20 to respond. They did make it up by offering a coupon code though.
