Below expectations. I submitted "best offer" on these grates, 3 weeks ago, and never received a response. I tried the chat but it always says that it is off line, even during your operating hours. Finally I called to talk to someone about purchasing the grates and was never able to get a hold of anyone in parts. I truly thought that since your company is selling such a high end product that your customer service would be much, much, better.
