We live in an L shaped ranch and had 2 leaks in our 20+ year old roof. After trying to patch the leaks ourselves without success, we made the decision to call roofing companies for estimates on a new roof. We called five different companies, some more than once, and the only one that called us back was Brandstetter's KangaRoof. I was very confused on which way to write this review. I started thinking that I would give one star based on the original service that I had received and didn't fix my leak. Since then though I would have to give them a 5 star review based on the warranty department and the job that they had done. I was first given an estimate to fix my leak in my roof based on the vapor seal and water getting behind there and getting into my house. We had two roofs put on two of our properties within two months by Kangaroof and one home with gutters. We could not be happier! Sam is very professional, kind and patient. I had multiple questions and he explained things to me in great detail. Sam was available night and day weekends and evenings. Always very responsive! Kangaroof replaced our roof the experience with the team was great and upfront. The process was easy and hassle free. Chris k***** was very helpful and very knowledgeable about our questions. He was very patient with our time with selection of shingles. Humberto and his team were fantastic and kept us in the loop every day. Mark and Doug came out to and inspect the work. Great job on cleaning up. My wife and I will definitely use Kangaroof in the future and recommend the this company to others.

Mark and Lyan figured out the issue fairly quickly and showed us a few pictures of the leaking area. Mark explained the problem very clearly. Love the service they provide. Will definitely recommend Kangaroof to our friends.
