My husband and I are loving living in our Brandywine home. I can’t say enough about the compassionate and professional service we receive on a regular basis when we contact our property managers Tricia Thigpen and Kelvin Hendrix. The move in process was very professional and timely. The living area is a nice quiet gated community. I would refer anyone who’s looking for professionalism, quality and clean environment to contact Brandywine.

I have been living here a year now and I put in a work order October 9th for suspected mold. They came out twice to check for leaks but didn't find anything. I got a third part vendor to come out and check for a leak and low and behold they found a leak. I have been calling and emailing them for weeks now about what we can do moving forward being that this is making me and my children very sick. Ms Patricia is by far the most sweetest woman I’ve had the pleasure to work with regarding our lease and home needs. When we first met the company purchased our home from another company and boy were we glad. Her and Kelvin have been the best when it came to resigning our lease and keeping us satisfied with the everything. Some of the most down to earth ppl you could ever meet.
Deandre is the best!!! Whenever I have a problem he is always prompt, respectful and reliable.

Working with them is like working with a computer; no heart or common sense. They demanded the employer verification letter has the employer’s company website and email address on the same piece of paper, and when the employer refused to reformat their letter, Brandywine declined our application and didn’t refund any of the $240 in application fees. Even though we had the information to give them, they refused to work with us because it was not on the same piece of paper!

I had a terrible experience with this rental company. For two years, I was never late on rent, yet when issues arose, the response was consistently horrible. The house had mold problems and plumbing issues that were never addressed in a timely manner, the list goes on. Can never speak to anyone. The customer service was lacking, with little attention given to what should be treated as emergencies. I would not recommend renting from this company ever .
