Does not honor their published schedule for the fountain show. Don’t count on them actually doing it..

We're sorry you didn't have a good experience. Our fountains have been giving us trouble during the 6 pm and 9 pm shows. We have worked these issues out and hope it's resolved. We hope you will come back and give us a second try.
On Black Friday, I waited 2.5-3 hours for the gift card to bass pro out in the freezing cold and didn’t get one. There were 40 people in line and at least 10-20 people cut in before we received our goody bag. It’s unfair to us who waited our turn. Then the landing says they will change it for next year but doesn’t help for this year. Beyond upset.
Nice place, but was built in a terrible location. It destroyed the original lakefront. Couldn’t it be built somewhere else?!
Wait times longer than an hour to eat, 3 hours to bowl. Put $5 in Fast Shot and they took our money. Go figure.
While they’re robbing you at the highest prices they can possibly rob you at, because, you know, you’re on vacation so you’re made of money. Don’t expect to use a bathroom anywhere. Just hold it while they hold your cash.
Don’t use the parking garage !!!! We have been sitting in line forn45 min and only move 3 car length trying to get out. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!
