Braustin is probably no better or worse than other mfg home dealers - it's ***************** the sale, and then delivery, setup, etc. is a crapshoot. In my case, it took about 10 weeks after purchase for the home to be delivered and setup; and, about 3 weeks of that was getting an a/c unit delivered and setup. Braustin sub-contracts everything, and so has little control over scheduling. The setup was handled by ********* *** and they were honest, reliable, and extremely overworked. Don't buy!!! They do not honor warranty especially when you pay in full. They DO NOT RETURN CALLS. FLOOR *****. I BOUGHT SUPPOSEDLY THE EXPENSIVE BEST THAT IS NOT WORTH A DAM!!!IM STILL WAITING YO GET MY FLOOR FIXED 3 DAM YEARS NOW.DO NOT PURCHASE HOMES HERE!!!
