They were not responsive. It took weeks to return phone calls or messages. The work that was provided was not what was quoted in the contract. When the issues were addressed they preferred to return the money rather than correct the issues. I would not recommend them.
They need to pick up on their customer service and notify people when leaving the jobsite.
We were excited to work with Brax as they initially seemed very knowledgable, friendly, fair and timely. We ultimately went with them over others as we were assured they would use a state of the art magnet and refuse collection system to capture any nails or other waste from the job. Brax assured us...
Roofing work was excellent but other jobs were terrible. The rootspout clips is already falling apart and water dripping on front door after snow. Also attic work was not up to the mark that was agreed.

Not at this time but they should market to the neighbourhood. There are a couple of roofs that need work.
The communication with the project lead, the onsite supervisor and the owner. They were easy to reach and professional.
