Terri at check in desk was very welcoming. My Hygenist Jaimie was VERY bubbly and fun, of course Dr. Mark explained all my options, in a very friendly manner too.
Cheryl and Dr Rudy are a great team. They make me feel comfortable even though dental visits are not my favorite thing to do! Thanks for a good experience.

Lori made me feel really comfortable for my cleaning and asked if I was in any discomfort since she knew I was having sensitivity! Even took precautions in using something called chlorahexidine and intstructed me to use at home to get my gingivitis under control. Didn't make me feel bad about not having a cleaning in 2 years!
I came in with terrible pain, Dr Mark wasn't in that evening. Dr Jeff took car of me that first day and was very kind. He gave me the meds I needed and told me to come back to see Dr Mark on Tuesday. On that day I was taken back, asked how I was doing and was completly taken care of, while at that moment I was in pain, after a few days of healing I am 100% I love Braydich dental and will refer new patient to them.
Not just the best dentist's office, but the best medical office in general. It was great.
