Feeling slightly "over-marketed". No need for 2 emails and a post card as appt reminder. Would trade marketing for better pricing as services are expensive. I do love Dr. and the staff and am treated perfectly---always. Thank you for that.
I was delayed about 10 minutes beyond my appt time getting seated because the hygenist has other responsibilities and chose to have me wait while she did those. This only happened once.
