My filling on the same tooth has fallen out THREE times. Each time that has happened, I have lost more of my tooth. I called them last Thursday and explained what happened and they said they would call me back. They have not called me back and they did not answer this morning when I called them either. They ended up booking me with a different dentist who was rude to me and seemed annoyed I was there. DO NOT GO HERE
My experience with the dental staff was outstanding! They were gentle and understanding. However, the billing was intentionally misleading and deceptive. During my initial appointment set up, I specifically asked if Anthem was accepted and if their practice was “in network”. I was told YES.
