Prompt, attentive, thoughtful and professional. Helped me understand various services, procedures, and insurance processing. I appreciate the personal touch of getting a call from Dr. Lee later in the day after my procedure was complete. If I had any concerns or complications, it would have been great to talk to the Dentist direct. Fortunately I had none. The only suggestion I would have for improvement is the numerous frequent communications. I appreciate the reminders but the touch points were excessive in my book. 9... read more
