Brenda provided us with a great experience during our loan process. She stayed in constant contact with us. There were many of times that she was on the phone with us late into the evening making sure our questions were answered to the fullest. If there was something she did not know, she would get back to us as soon as possible or would put us in contact with whom we would need to peak with.

Brenda was available whenever I needed her, even outside of business hours. She was prompt to respond and patient to explain things in an easy way for a first time home buyer like me. She helped me to receive grant funding and gave me lots of options for financing. She was kind, polite and professional. Highly recommended!
