I had a fantastic experience with Brenda- she was able to get the job done in terms of financing my Condo where others could not. With the new regulation required from Condos to meet conventional loan requirements, buying a Condo in '23 has been more complicated than I expected. Brenda and her staff are fantastic! We’ve worked With Brenda and her team Two times now. Our original loan and our current refinance. Each time Brenda and her staff took wonderful care of us. Brenda and her staff are top notch! We have worked with them twice. Once for our original mortgage and then again to do a refi. Both times Brenda was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. Brenda and her staff took care of us the whole time. She even contacted us when she saw we could be saving a lot of money to refi! Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
