Brenda made herself available to answer any questions I had, no matter how silly I felt they were. She was amazing!
She did great trying to work with me even after working hours like 7 or 9 PM. I'm tanksful for that. However, sometimes it was delay due to her meeting with internal or external meeting which was disappointed and had to wait a week long to lock my rate was hard for me to wait.
