Service and politeness
Brenda is a wonderful loan officer, she really knows her profession. She has always been very polite, very helpful, and goes the extra mile for her clients. I would recommend her to all of my colleagues for help in attaining a home loan, she will be the one to get it done no matter the hurdles.
Brenda was very on top of the whole loan process. Anytime she needed additional info from us she was quick to let us know. Also whenever there was a status update to our loan she promptly informed us of it.
Brenda was very help and informative. Being a first time buyer it was great to have someone equipped with the financial knowledge she has!
