I brought it back in but you couldn’t fix it and they want $150 to put a machine on it at Rahal’s. So I am going to have to bring it back to you 4.5 Star : Customer Service

0 Star : My Experience I didn’t like the lack of communication there was about when my car was gonna be ready or how long it took honestly.

I can’t believe it passed their inspection and they told me it was ready to pick up. 2.5 Star : Customer Service The receptionist was nice
0 Star : My Experience 1) Car was delivered with no alignment issues to Brenner. Car was returned out of alignment with the steering wheel off center by 10-15 degrees. When I called the shop, I was instructed to call GEICO to see if they would pay for an alignment and if not then that was on me. GEICO was not responsible for the misalignment so ethically I should not request that. Brenner was responsible for the misalignment issue. 0 Star : My Experience My check engine light blinks now when I start it - not sure if it’s related to a repair but it didn’t do before. The damaged headlight was replaced with a hazed-up junkyard part. My main concern after accident repairs was my headlights were so low-visibility that it caused my accident. It cost the same for a used junkyard part just as bad as the original that cause my accident as for an after-market part I paid on top of my deductible to replace.
