This is the fourth time I worked with Brent, and each interaction has been great! With the COVID crisis going on, he proactively reached out when rates dropped. When he helped me refinance in June 2020, I didn't think my rate could get any lower. He managed to get my rate down another 3/4%. And no closing costs (only had to fund escrow)! When we bought this home, Brent told me that he had a plan and to trust him. I'm glad I did.

I had a great experience with the team. To sum things up, they just get things done. They were very transparent, punctual, and tirelessly answered all my questions. The last point was especially important for me. I wanted to understand every last detail of my mortgage and Brent was very patient with me and took the time to explain things so I always knew what to expect. I never felt like I was being sold anything and never felt like they had anything but my best interests in mind.
