After 10 plus years of suffering from depression and anxiety, switching from Doctor to Doctor, I finally found someone who listens and knows what they're talking about. After the second visit, he already had me on the right track. Thankful to have found him.
I was initially pleased with my experience, as he changed the medications my PCP issued me. However, getting a refill is nearly impossible. I am currently near empty, and I had to miss an appointment due to my 2 year old being ill. They want to charge the $50 missed appointment fee just to be able to re-schedule. That is in addition to co-pay. $120 just to get a refill on my medications, which I have been on for years. I'll be going elsewhere.

I am so sorry there was a breakdown in communication. I did not get the message she had missed the appt because of taking care of a sick child. Our office policy is to charge a missed appt fee when appts are not canceled 24 hours in advance. There are certainly exceptions to this rule for unforeseen problems. Usually, people leave me a message explaining the circumstances and I deal with the situation on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately she did not explain this to the front office staff or me
