Brent and his team are the best. They will walk you through every step, make sure you understand what is happening and still do so very quickly so you get your house as soon as possible. This is a team you MUST work with!
Brent and his team did a great job for us. Quickly found us a loan at a competitive rate and held our hands through the process. And got us to Closing in only 25 days or so. If I have any complaint, and it is a minor one, we felt that during his many explanations Mr. Peterson bombarded us with words. Lots and lots of words. Perhaps for most people all that explanation and repetition is necessary, but for us we would have preferred brief answers to our specific questions.
