Brent's experience is on display throughout the entire process. He was helpful, informative, and explained things concisely. The only hiccup we saw was when our file was being prepared for underwriting--we had a rushed process because of our aggressive closing date and the loan processor did not understand we had money being held in multiple accounts. Some of these accounts were not traditional savings accounts, but brokerage and mobile savings apps, that made it appear as if we weren't able to fund our closing. Despite the ... read more
