Brent's experience is on display throughout the entire process. He was helpful, informative, and explained things concisely. The only hiccup we saw was when our file was being prepared for underwriting--we had a rushed process because of our aggressive closing date and the loan processor did not understand we had money being held in multiple accounts. Our coordinator and closing agent were awesome and made the process very easy and smooth! No surprises and closed on the date and time we needed! I would recommend Cornerstone to anyone in need of a mortgage!
Brent and team did great. Very attentive and on time and quick.
We will not do this again with this company. There was no personal contact. We had to guess at the process and it was very confusion guessing when to lock in an interest rate. We got not direction when when wiring money at closing.
