Brett communicated very well through out the entire process. He was on top throughout the entire process as well. With COVID it can be hard but he made the process as painless as possible
In these times especially, when loans can be complex and volume is at an all time high, Brett made us feel valued, kept us updated along the way and got us to the finish line with a great rate. Our builder said VIP was as responsive a lending company as they have seen. It was great working with them and I would use them again going forward.
He most definitely put's in work . I call he answer. Which for a first time buyer I felt it's a big deal. Trust! , theres plenty of questions to ask.
