There are times where you need someone on your side that will do whatever they can to find a way to make something happen. As always Brett Carella continues to shine! Brett has now handled both my mortgage and my refinance (two years apart). My family and I refer to him as the “Man who moves Mountains” or simply “Mountain Mover.” I trust Brett emphatically and he goes above and beyond. You are in excellent hands and with someone whom you can trust. And, that’s important when dealing with your most important asset....your HOME! Brett was absolutely fantastic! Worked so hard for us for over a year while we sought out the perfect home. He worked to advise on the best ways to improve our credit situation and how to qualify for the best loan we could. When we started writing offers he was there for us on Sunday evenings if needed to be the first to submit an offer - ultimately paying off and meeting the aggressive targets we needed to meet to get through escrow in these challenging times for buyers. Could not recommend Brett more - absolutely the best.
