No explanation of what the icons meant on the first two questions. I took them as ranking from 1 to 5 with one being on the far left and 5 on the far right. If that was not an accurate interpretation, my answ4ers may not be interpreted as intended. On question of referring others, don't see much possibility of that since we don't live in Colorado Springs.
These guys waited until the very last minute to even look at my loan! Then they totally ignored my closing deadline and I was worried constantly that I was going to lose the house because I was out of contract. And to add insult to injury on the day they finally promised to close (well beyond the actual closing deadline per the contract), they instead gave me COMPLETELY new requirements to complete the loan, including forcing me to put my current house on the market - no advance notice of this as a requirement.
