I have been dealing with Brewster Ford since 1999 when I bought a Ford Escort. Most recently I bought a 2017 Focus as a second car as the deal they offered me was just too good to pass up ! Years ago I used to all of my own routine service on my vehicles but the way they are built today is is just not practical any more, and I can not get under the cars the way I used to. My experience at Brewster Ford was definitely 5 stars. All my question were answered by Peter my Sales Consultant and Neil the General Manager. I had an informative test drive with Peter and when I purchased my Escape he explained all the features and paired my phone with Sync!!! I was also introduced to Darlene and Dino in the service department and they made me feel like I can count on the service department! I stopped in on my way to CT to look at some wholesale dealers, needless to say I didn't have to take the hour drive into CT. I left out of Brewster Ford with exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Thanks to Debbie & Larry, they made my first time purchasing process from a dealer so easy.
