RecommendedWorking with Bryce was an "old fashioned" experience with regards to awesome customer service and integrity. He arrived on-time to examine the roof for a leak and determined there was shingle damage from hail and wind. Worked with our insurance company's adjuster to handle all the details. They did a great job from estimate through completion. Did it all in one day and walked around the house with a pull magnet to pick up all nails that fell off the roof during tear down. And they followed up with the insurance company after completion when the insurance company questioned some of the charges. We were well pleased.

Bryce from BRH was very professional as the process from inspection, approval, & installation was done. The crew worked all day in hot weather & got our house & garage done in 1 day. The owner of the Roofing Co. / Bryce Hanke worked with my insur. co. & my adjuster to get my Roof done & kept me updated often on what was going on. He got me in his schedule to get it done within 2 weeks of first contacting him. He explains things in a very professional manner & is very knowledgeable about his business & MANY insurance co. One morning my husband and I woke up to a heavy rainfall and noticed that we had water pouring in our roof, above our laundry room. We had gotten the situation under control and discussed what to do.
