My realtor recommended Brian to me at first but I chose another agent from a different bank, actually ended up wasting a month n half and $1500 for all kinds of paper works they requested. And then my realtor recommended Brian again, this time I made the right decision. He got my loan approved quickly with the best rate, even my attorney was impressed with the rate he got me. I wish I chose him at the first place! A very simple and smooth process. Thank you!!!

Fantastic customer experience, highly recommend. Brian and his team helped us through a tough sale which included multiple offers, purchase price adjustments and a loan extension. His team was flexible and allowed us to provide the seller what they needed to get the transaction done.

I run short of words to thank Brian for securing us a loan in 2014 and again in 2018. A little over a year ago I decided to start planning for my first home purchase. Brian generously walked me though the process, types of loans, what information would be requested. Forward to a few months ago, I contacted Brian again and together we started the loan process. I felt comfortable with him and his team. They made becoming a home buyer seem effortless. I would recommend Brian to anyone looking to buy a home and will work with him again in the future if need be.

Brian is a rock star, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage. As a first time buyer, I knew very little about mortgages: Brian took the time (while on a family vacation too!) to answer my numerous questions and very quickly got me to a point where I felt I understood the process, the major milestones, and the pros and cons of major options.
